Principal's Report

Dear Parents, Friends and Father Arsenio,

It was great to be able to gather again over the past week for both our P&F and School Board AGM's. We acknowledged the departure of Sharon Wolff as President and Kellie Dalla Riva and Kathryn Newman from the P&F and Melissa Niemann from the Board. The generosity of these volunteers has ensured some great consistency over a number of years as well as a great legacy for the incumbent members to continue. I am most grateful.

Our students will find out their new teachers and classmates in the days ahead. We schedule a number of 'Moving Up Days' to assist student transition from one grade to the next as well as one level to the next. Please feel free to communicate with this year's teacher if you would like to know anymore.

Reports will also be sent home next week. I have asked teachers to make themselves available should you wish to discuss any aspects of your child's learning. Please feel free to schedule a time once the reports have been sent.

The drainage has finally been rectified on the oval. The temporary fencing will be removed by Friday. The Extend rooms and current Art room have recently been repainted as have the interiors of the new library and Art Room. We are starting to shift things across where needed thus providing some great spaces for Student Wellbeing, Fete Committee and P&F purposes. We may put a call out for volunteers to assist so please watch out.
