things left unsaid - a novella

Epping Secondary College is proud to share with our community that our Year 10 student, Sienna Scanu, has become a published author.

Her novella, “things left unsaid” is a heartfelt story written about modern day love. It shows the reality of love in this generation. Sarah goes through multiple tribulations with Leonardo, unsure whether to accept the fact that he's gone, or to keep chasing after him. It is also an eye opener for young girls, helping them to realise their worth and to stop settling for less. If you want to know if Sarah finds her worth and her closure, follow this link.

Sienna has received positive feedback and reviews:

"This novella is deeply moving... I read this and I could picture myself as the protagonist experiencing her first love all over again. The raw emotions she experiences whilst she adjusts to the fact Leo has gone is so relatable.

I do hope young girls read this and reflect on their self-worth as this really inspires you to take a step back and remind yourself that you're worthy of love and happiness.

A wonderful, short (18 pages), well written and easy read. I would highly recommend that all women take a few minutes to read this as it will truly move you."

Sienna is currently working on her next book.  The college community would like to congratulate Sienna on her achievement.

We are very proud!
