Meet our Captains

We're continuing to introduce our 2023 Year 12 Captains to the school community. This edition, we have the pleasure in introducing Harreson and Olivia.

Harreson W, College Captain

Currently studying: English, Mathematical Methods, Chemistry, Business and Legal Studies.  Completed units 3 & 4 Physics in 2022

About me: I recently completed my Recreational Pilots Certificate in October last year, making me a fully licensed pilot, with hopes of joining the Defence Force in 2024. I have a keen interest in the aviation industry, and my favorite subject is Legal Studies. I'm appreciative and proud to have been given the opportunity to represent the College this year as a captain, and to create a supportive and welcoming learning environment for all students. 

Olivia M, College Community Captain

Currently studying: Currently, I am studying English, Further Maths, Biology, Health & Human Development and PE. My favourite of these subjects is PE as I’ve always loved sport and exercise.

About me: This year I am really looking forward to helping new and old students find their place at GSC and making sure everyone feels as though they belong.  In the future, I hope to further this passion and study Sport Science, which will hopefully help me in obtaining my dream job as a physiotherapist for the Geelong Cats Football Club.
