Cake Masterclass

Former alumni and graduate of the class of 2010, Silver Yousif treated our Year 12 Hospitality class with a cake decorating masterclass on March 8. We learned all about the intricate art of cake decorating using buttercream and how to expertly prepare piping bags. 

Silver made it look so easy! 

Our students were offered opportunities to have a turn to test their skills during the class. It was such a wonderful session in which we were shown so many tips and tricks of the trade!
