Year 2 Class & Claude Monet

Here are some photos of the artwork we have been creating in Year 2. We have been studying Claude Monet and had a go at creating some impressionist paintings of water lilies. 

Student Achievements 

SACSA AFL

Last week the Year 5/6 students (Monday) and Year 3/4 students (Tuesday) participated in the SACSA AFL competition held at Kings Baptist in Adelaide. 

Both teams showed great skill and sportsmanship throughout both days and should be proud of their efforts.

This is the first time students from Year 3 have been able to participate in SACSA sport with the new change of age groups this year, and they rose to the challenge. We are now excited and looking forward to the Soccer in Week 9 this term.

SAPSASA Soccer

Congratulations to Jake and Oscar who were selected and have been competing in SAPSASA soccer this week at West Beach. 

The team finished 3rd in Division 1. 

Congratulations and well done boys.

Robot Action a real hit!

Students in our Year 4/5/6 classes have been using Edison’s and BeeBots to code and create a robot that moves along a course that the students have made.  

They also had a go using their robot to scan a barcode to complete a task. Here are some of the students enjoying their challenge.
