Soccer - Bill Turner Cup

Killara High School's soccer team moved into the 4th round of the Bill Turner Cup Competition on Friday 28 May. A thrilling match, which Killara clawed back from a 1-0 down at half time to eventually finish the game even a 2-2. This was thanks to goals from Charlie R and Dylan C. Killara held the majority of the position and played dominant football throughout match.

At the end of full-time, a golden goal scored by Charlie R secured the victory during extra time in which each team withdrew a player after every 5 minutes. With both teams down to 9 players our team was able to continue their dominance in with their attack. The team now plays Balgowlah for a place in the Sydney North final. Well done boys.
