PE News

For the last four weeks, students in Years 4/5/6 have been experiencing golf in their PE classes.  Thanks to Kevin (aka 'Burrito') from Warburton Golf Club they have taken a turn at striking a variety of balls with a variety of different clubs.  This week they finished up with 'putting' inside the SPA centre.  The challenge was to make their tennis ball (and then their golf ball), travel past the green sideline, and stop before it hit the wall.  

Kevin's main goal was to make golf fun, and according to the students, he was a roaring success!

As a reward Kevin also let the students take a turn at decorating his shoes, which he claims he will proudly wear to his next teaching session!
