Action for Happiness
How can we find a greater sense of purpose and meaning? Being part of something bigger than ourselves - and focusing on the things we value - is vital for our wellbeing. So let's take time to reflect on what we care about this month and prioritise the things that matter.
You can also use their app to receive the daily calendar actions and join a supportive community putting these into practice. We also highly recommend listening to Josie's fantastic podcast for additional inspiration for how to put our May actions into practice.
Free online summit
We're excited to share this online summit on the Science and Wisdom of Emotions with some incredible speakers, including the Dalai Lama and several other friends of Action for Happiness. Please share this with others too.
