CELEBRATING OUR FAITH 

Masses and Liturgies at SHC

Due to Covid restrictions, we are unable to attend Sacred Heart Church during school hours. The Masses and Liturgies that had been set for this term will still take place in the form of a short prayer celebration. Just the class who was down to prepare the service will attend. When things change, families will be notified.

4/5D held a prayer celebration on Friday to remember St Mary Magdalene.

This week 1D will have a prayer celebration for our families.

Year 6 RE Test Results

Congratulations to our Year 6 students who participated in the Armidale Diocesan RE Test late last term. We had 50 students complete the online test with 14 Distinctions, 25 Credits and 11 Participation certificates being awarded. 

Marriage and Family Week

Marriage and Family Week begins on Sunday 25 to Saturday 31 July. The focus for this year is The Family: I am with you always. During this week, students will participate in lessons and activities that will develop their understanding of the theme around the family.

Congratulations on your Baptism!

Congratulations to our HTS students Hailee Zell, Tobias and Ayda Murphy (plus siblings Eden and Dominic) for recently being baptised and welcomed into the Catholic faith. Congratulations to you all and may your Baptism be the start of a life filled with blessings.

First Reconciliation and First Holy Communion

There are 23 students from Holy Trinity who are preparing to make their First Reconciliation and First Holy Communion this term.

This year the Sacrament of Reconciliation Monday 9 August at 5pm at SHC and First Holy Communion will be on Sunday 15 August at 3pm at SHC.

May we keep these students in our prayers as they continue to prepare for these sacraments.
