School Dental Van 

Dear Parents,

The forms for the School Dental Service were handed out prior to lockdown.

The School Dental Van is visiting St Joseph’s in the week beginning, Monday 23rd August.

The service provides a full dental examination. Two small diagnostic x-rays, remineralisation of teeth and fissure seals if required. If fillings are required, parents will be contacted for consent prior to treatment. A written treatment plan will also be provided.

If you would like your child(ren) to use this wonderful service, please fill out the School Dental Initiative form for each of your children and return the forms to school no later than Wednesday 4th August.
