Cake Stall: What a Winner!!
This year's St Michael's Cake Stall at the Ashburton Festival was a resounding success! Fabulous cakes, luscious lollies, smiling servers and a never-ending snow cone service enjoyed by every child at the fair it seemed!!
The stall raised $4250 - one of our best stalls ever!
This success would not have been possible without the wonderful lolly donations and numerous cakes, biscuits and tarts baked by all our fabulous school families! And how great for the community to see the fabulous St Michael's spirit in action!!
A huge thanks to Trevor Jenkins ( Blanca, grade 5) for taking the lead to make this event happen, closely supported by Marianne Weisser and Monica and Mark Porta. Also thanks to Jacinta Gordon, Liz Fida and Jo Slykerman and all those who helped set up and mann the stall on the day; Kate Merida, Tracey Otley, Laura Sonego, Steve Horbury, Elle Horbury, Jo Adam, Cheryl Tan, Shelley Davies, Emma Burn, Catherine Taranto, Alex Pradun, Juleen Lim, Linda Stravato, Therese Molnar, Beatriz Molnar, Rod Hine and Principal and Deputy Principal Annie and Eloise!
Thank you to everyone for getting involved. Hoping you had fun - and enjoyed some cake!!
Many thanks

Please place your orders online, or return to the school office by the morning of Wednesday, 15th March. This is the last day we can place the whole school order and receive the books by the end of term.
