Le Cordon Bleu Study Opportunity

Le Cordon Bleu invites Year 11 and 12 students who may be considering a career as a top chef or in a management role in hotel and restaurants to enter the world of Le Cordon Bleu for a 3-day Residential program.

Held during the winter term break 28-30 June students will:

* Create Cuisine and Patisserie delights under the tutelage of Le Cordon Bleu chefs on campus

* Enjoy site visits to some of Melbourne's top restaurants and hotels

* Gain industry insights from chefs, restaurateurs and hoteliers at the top of their profession

* Enjoy breakfasts at leading patisseries and dinners at 5-star hotels and/or fine dining restaurants

* On day 3 of the Residential, create a gourmet 3-course lunch for their parents in our on-campus training restaurant!

* Be fully supervised by Le Cordon Bleu staff for the full duration of the Residential

The cost of just $500 includes accommodation, transfers, all meals, site visits and cooking ingredients. What's more, if Residential participants enroll at Le Cordon Bleu, their participation fee is deducted from their tuition!
