Performing Arts update

It has been another busy fortnight, with lots of activity in the Performing Arts department. The biggest news thus far, has been the release of the cast list for our Senior School Musical, Mamma Mia (27 - 29 July). I would like to congratulate all of the students that auditioned for a key role or signed up to be part of the ensemble. It looks like a fantastic musical with our first rehearsal to be held on Tuesday 21 February. 

Students in the Year 5 and 7 Band Program have had their instruments handed out, hopefully you’ll be hearing the dulcet tones of them practicing at home. While it is still a little way off, both the Year 5 and 7 Band Programs are preparing for their first performance on Tuesday 30 May (better put that into your diary). More information will be coming out closer to the date. 

For students in Year 3 and 6, you will have received some information regarding auditioning for Sheltones. You will need to have your video uploaded to Shelly by Monday 27 February. If you have any questions, please check with Ms Anya McLeod.
