Best Wishes

We would like to pass on our best wishes to Mrs Kubic and she now transitions to maternity leave, and thank her for her efforts over the past few weeks supporting the Foundation team. It is an exciting time for Mrs Kubic and her husband Dom as they move closer to having a new bundle of joy in their family. 

Year 4-6 House Swimming Carnival

Congratulations to all Year 4-6 students for their participation in Monday's House Swimming Carnival. It was wonderful to hear that everyone gave their best effort and proudly displayed our school values. A further congratulations to the students who will now progress to the District Swimming event on Monday 6 March. We wish all of our competitors the very best of luck. We know you will do our school proud. 

Thank you to the staff and parent volunteers for ensuring the day's program ran smoothly. There are many jobs required to run such events and they cannot proceed without your help and support. A special thank you to Mrs Robinson for her dedication and organisation in providing such a wonderfully rich experience for our students. The success of this event is a reflection of her effort and endeavour.

NAPLAN 2023

NAPLAN is an annual National Literacy and Numeracy assessment sat by students in Years 3, 5, 7 and 9. It is the only national assessment all Australian students have the opportunity to undertake. This year NAPLAN testing will take place in Term 1 commencing on Wednesday 15 March and concluding on Monday 27 March . Our finalised test dates can be viewed below. Getting to Know You Meetings

Thank you to all of parent/caregivers  who have attended the 'Getting to Know You' meetings with our staff this week. These meetings will continue next week on the following dates:

Tuesday 28 February - 3.40-4.40pm

Thursday 2 March - 3.40-4.40pm

(Ms Stygall's class will be different dates, please see the Sentral app).

A reminder again for parents/caregivers electing to meet in Webex, please contact your child's teacher through Class Dojo and they will send through a link.
