Visual Arts

During the first week of school all students from Year 1 – Year 6 participated in a design competition, Design a Tee – 2023.  They were asked to create inspiring t-shirt designs to promote our new school values or other positive messages, with the winner to get their design put onto a real t-shirt to keep.

We were looking for designs that were:     

* interesting    * simple enough for a t-shirt   * original   &   * shared an inspiring message

In the end, there were four designs that were equally deserving to win, and these students are our Artists of the Month for February this year. 

A huge congratulations to Virat, Michael, Braxton and Evan! 

Performing Arts 

Year 5 and 6 students have been exploring the topic of DRAMA. This week they have been performing pre-prepared scripts and also learning to write their own scripts which they will be performing in the coming weeks.
