Hello School of the Good Shepherd Community!
My name is Caithleen Malone, Caith for short and pronounced like faith. I am very excited to commence my journey at SoGS this year. Faith and life go together, so when the opportunity came up at SoGS to work as both a Learning and Teaching Leader and Religious Education Leader I knew that this was a perfect fit for me.
The staff of the three schools in our Parish celebrated Mass together on the 27th January and the theme was, “Let your light shine.” Our school community celebrated our Opening School Mass on Wednesday 8th of February, and our readings and hymns focussed on our first school value, “Belonging.” At the end of Mass, our Year 6 student leaders received a special blessing from Fr Dishan and Mrs D’Amato presented the students with their blessed badges.
Please pray for our Year 3 students as they prepare to receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation this term.
I look forward to meeting you all and working with you this year to help everyone in our Faith Community form a personal relationship with God. My door is always open for a chat.

Religious Education and Faith Life Inquiry Leader.
