Rachel Wu

Early Childhood Educator, 

 

Rachel Wu has started working at GEKA Carnegie this year after completing her Master of Teaching (Early Childhood) at Deakin University in 2019.

Prior to working at GEKA, Rachel has been working in Early Childhood for six years. She started her career teaching at Jingjiang Hongqiao Bilingual Kindergarten in China, before moving to Australia in 2018 to complete her Teaching studies.

 

Rachel’s work experience in Australia has encompassed child care, playgroup and sessional kindergarten settings.

 

Rachel is trilingual, with the ability to speak fluently in Chinese, English and French, and her favourite past time is cooking, with her favourite meal being rice cake kimchi stew! Rachel’s favourite thing about being an educator is being able to make a difference in children’s lives.
