Important Announcements

Term 4: 

Please see calendar below and check Compass for updates to the calendar.

We have a string of measures in place to protect the health and safety of students, staff, families and our community.

This includes staggered entry points and finish times.

Prep - Year 3 will be ready for dismissal at their designated gates by 3:15pm. 

These students can leave from 3:15pm if a parent or guardian is present.

Year 4 - 6 Students will be ready at their designated gates by 3:30pm

Eldest siblings may meet their younger siblings at the youngest sibling's gate.

Gates will open at 8.45am and close at 3.45pm. We are unable to have parents/carers onsite and ask that if you need to visit the school that you attend via the front office and sign in using the QR Code. The school will not be open for use before 8.45am or after 3.45pm.

1 person per family please and they will need to be double vaccinated. 

Hats! Hats! Hats! 

A reminder that Hats arerequired for Term 1 and Term 4 for outdoor activities.

Canteen will reopen on Thursday November 11 for lunch orders and counter sales.

Reminder: Lunch orders can ONLY be ordered through the Qkr app.

Enrol Now for Prep 2022

If you’re in the Hillsmeade zone enrol your 2022 Prep student now. Enrolment forms in the office or contact us for an electronic copy.

Is your child going to a different school in 2022?

Please let us know if you are moving and will no longer be attending Hillsmeade PS in 2022.
