DIGITAL AMBASSADORS

Our 2023 Digital Ambassadors held their first meeting this week their aim is to raise awareness around online safety across the college.  Our first promotion was a run of eSmart week posters around the college and the creation of a Digital Ambassadors notice board in the library foyer.

SPEED READING

Mr Pearson and 8M2 held a Speed reading challenge last week and managed to read a whopping 364 books in one lesson.  These were short stories, quick reads and picture books.  A great time was had by all as students relished the challenge.  A huge thanks to our library technician Ms Davey who had the unenviable task of checking in and out all those books !

HARRY POTTER HOUSE POINTS

Ms Dunkley’s famous Harry Potter Quiz contestants not only scored some great prizes but also earned house points.
