Mothers' Day Wrap
I hope everyone had an enjoyable Mother's Day on Sunday and got to enjoy the glorious weather that was on display.
On Friday our Mothers' Day brekky was a hit, as expected and there was certainly a buzz at the stall as children searched for that perfect gift to give to their mum or special person in their lives.
A huge thank you to all parents who assisted with the day whether that be the ordering of gifts, cooking and serving at the breakfast or assisting at the Mothers' Day Stall.

MACS Digital Ambition Consultation
Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools (MACS) is developing a Digital Ambition and is seeking input into the ambition from school communities across the Archdiocese of Melbourne.
The MACS Digital Ambition is a statement of how we will enable our MACS 2030 Strategy through a contemporary technology experience for all. Importantly, it will set out how we will provide students, staff, and whole school communities with safe, simple, intuitive, and innovative digital experiences.
To ensure our Digital Ambition is aligned with the needs of our school communities, MACS is inviting and encouraging you to participate in this consultation process by:
- Reviewing the Digital Ambition Draft for Consultation.
- Providing feedback to the targeted questions via a quick online survey. This link will remain open until Friday 26th May. Survey Link
- Attend online ‘drop-in’ sessions where the MACS team will be happy to answer any questions directly. There is a dedicated session for parents and families on Monday 22nd May 2023 - 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm. Click here to join the meeting
Student Representative Council (SRC) Elections
This Thursday & Friday our shortlisted candidates running for Student Representative Council (SRC) in Years 1-5 will be presenting their campaign speeches to their communities in the hope of being elected to our inaugural SRC.
The induction of our SRC is one of our School Improvement Strategies this year to enhance student advocacy within our school. As candidates will be elected by their peers to be the voice of their community the SRC will be an avenue for authentic student voice and empower all students to have a say in the decisions that affect their education.
We wish each candidate all the very best and congratulate each for having the courage to put themselves up for election.
Our elected SRC will be presented to the whole school community at Monday morning's assembly.
God bless
Anthony Hyde
(Deputy Principal)
