Sexuality Education @ HS

Our Classroom workshops start date for our Years 5 and 6 students have been postponed due to the lockdown. The new dates are as follows:

Specialist Digital Progress Portfolios
This year our portfolios have moved to an online space using Dojo Portfolios forPrep - Year 6. Our Year 5 & 6 students will receive their portfolio pieces this week for Library, Performing Arts and Japanese. We hope you have enjoyed reading and celebrating your child's learning from Semester One.
Our Physical Education Dojo Portfolios will be sent home in Term 3 as follows: Prep-Week 4, 1/2-Week 5, 3/4-Week 6 & 5/6-Week 7. We will send out a level Dojo when these are ready for viewing.
ICAS English & Mathematics Assessments 2021 - Years 3-6
LAST CHANCE to enter your child in YEARS 3-6 in one or both of the English and Mathematics ICAS Assessments.
Testing Dates
English: Tuesday, 17th August 2021
Mathematics: Tuesday, 31st August 2021

Our school has signed up for the ICAS Assessments Parent Payment System (PPS) for (English & Mathematics). Through this system parents can pay for ICAS directly online while tests will still be held at our school.
Please use the following details to register your child/children by no later than Friday 30th July. Each test will cost $17.05 (inc. GST) per child per test. Payment is required at the time of registration.
Please note that unfortunately late payments for assessments are not available. The school cannot extend this time or sign students up later as the enrolment process is completed through the ICAS Parent Payment System website. This portal closes Friday 30th July.

Follow the steps to register your child/children in one or both of the English & Mathematics assessments. Finalise enrolment, payment and save. The information of enrolment will then be sent to the school. Please ensure that your child’s information is accurate and current as this is what you will see on the final certificate and report documentation.
A permission slip will be sent home to all families that enrol their child/children into a English and/or Mathematics ICAS Assessment closer to the assessment date.
Parent Classroom Helpers
Judy and I will be hosting a Parent Helper workshop for families in PREP - YEAR 2. This workshop is for parents who are interested in helping in the classroom.
Please note: You do not need to do this workshop to help on excursions and you do not need to complete this workshop if you have already completed one previously.
The workshops will be held on Monday 26th July at 10am and 2:00pm via Google Meet. (A link will be sent via Dojo later this week.)
