ISC Cluster Meeting

Last Thursday, we hosted an ISC cluster meeting. Over 20 International Student Coordinators from more than 17 local government schools attended, as well as some representatives from the government International Education Division (IED). We shared our experiences and discussed effective strategies for promoting welfare and academic success for our international students. The meeting was a wonderful opportunity to collaborate with other schools and ISC professionals to develop the best solutions to support our international students.

New visitor from Japan

Last Wednesday, a new Japanese student, Karin, visited our college. Karin will commence her study with us in Semester 2. The families were pleasantly surprised by the variety of subjects that Mordialloc College are able to offer the students. Karin had fun meeting the Year 7 Japanese Class and was delighted to hear the students introduce themselves in Japanese. Thank you, Ms Eleni Capp, the class teacher, for your warm welcome to Karin.

School Lunchtime Activities

It is always wonderful to see that our international students are actively participating in our school and community activities. Congratulations to Jeremy, Jim, Stephen, Ray, Emi and Felix for attending the chess club and earning house points!
