How does Sports Canteen sign-up work?

  • Once the fixtures are published at the start of the week, a year group roster is set by the P&F to cover the three Saturday canteens
  • This roster, and the respective SignUp links are published in each of the newsletter, the App, and on Year Group Facebook pages across Tuesday-Thursday. This is to make sure that it reaches everyone with enough time to get names confirmed by Friday.
  • On Thursday night, if SignUps are full for the required canteen slots, no further messages will be posted.
  • If more help is needed, additional messages will be posted on Facebook and through the App until we have enough people to run the canteens. 
  • We need a clear picture by Friday 12:00pm to enable food preparation and overall logistics around opening and closing.

Sports canteen is a great way to meet new people. An hour goes by very fast - and just one hour per term from everyone with a son playing sport is all it takes to make it work.

P&F Parent Functions

Year 8 Parent function is this Friday 10 March. Great night to catch up with old friends and new.

Fees Raffle

You've got to be in it to win it!! Enter the P&F raffle for your chance to win the major prize of a free term of school fees! The runner-up prize is a car park up at the tower block to use for 12 months.

 

Ticket are only $20 each. Also available in books of 3 for $55, 5 for $75, 8 for $100.

Our raffle proceeds will go towards continued improvements around the College grounds.
