Year 8 Mt Buller Trip  - Final Payment Information and Optional Extras Orders

Dear Parents/Guardians,

The final payment of $175 is due to be paid online with Compass or at the General Office by Monday 23rd July.  Please note that there has been a slight increase of $5 which now includes travel insurance by the Department of Education.  With a lower number of students from previous years going to the snow this year has also caused an increase in the per student price.

The itinerary for both day trips is attached, the bus will be departing Viewbank College at 5am, this is earlier than previous years as we are having an extended 3-hour lesson this year and will need to leave earlier to fit this in.

Please find attached the order form for any optional extras that your child requires for the day. This form is due with payment to Maria Rosewarne in the General Office by Friday 20th July.  Unfortunately, any optional extras orders after this date will not be able to be processed.

Alternatively, you might like to visit an Aldi store in the coming days as they are advertising their annual snow gear sale at the moment.

You will notice the Travel Insurance option on the form for $31 which also require a minimum of 8 students take up, as a school we will organise travel insurance for each student through the Department of Education, if you would like more information about the policy offered for $31 please contact me directly.
