Year 10 Deakin University Excursion

On the 15th of November, the Year 10 cohort visited Deakin University, where we were spilt up into groups to have an insight of the different courses that might interest us for the future.

The workshops that we took part in were Sports Science, Engineering, Law, and Psychology/Criminology.

The excursion was beneficial for us because we got an insight into what a university environment is like and what Deakin has to offer. We were lucky enough to visit both Waterfront Geelong campus and also the Waurn Ponds campus.

Overall the day was very enjoyable and a lot of information was provided to us to help with our career pathways.
