Health promotion in action

Year 10 Healthy Communities has been following the COVID response from a health perspective and investigating health impacts due to COVID “Lock Downs”. The posters aimed to combat adverse health effects by promotion of support, awareness or strategies. Previous to this students had been studying road safety and produced posters with a similar intention. Having developed competency in a minor Health promotion platform, Year 10 Healthy Communities students are now embarking on a major project of Mental Health Promotion with a multifaceted approach.
