2021 College Charges

Heathmont College would like to thank all families who have already fully paid or who have committed to a Payment Plan to cover their child’s/children 2021 College Charges.

Early in Term 2 Family Statements will be sent home. If you have fully paid or are on an agreed Payment Plan, the Statement will be for your records only.

The College understands that families may experience financial difficulties or hardship at times and may be unable to meet full or part payments requested.  If you are yet to make a payment, families are requested to contact Accounts Receivable or the Business Manager by the latest Monday, 15th March 2021 to make payment arrangements.

Camps / Sports / Excursions Fund (CSEF)

Every Victorian child should have access to the world of learning opportunities that exist beyond the classroom. The Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund (CSEF) will ensure that no student will miss out on the opportunity to join their classmates for important, educational and fun activities.

CSEF will be provided by the Victorian Government to assist eligible families to cover the costs of school trips, camps and sporting activities. If you hold a valid means-tested concession card or are a temporary foster parent, you may be eligible for CSEF. The allowance will be paid to the school to use towards expenses relating to camps, excursions, or sporting activities for the benefit of your child.

The annual CSEF amount per secondary school student is $225. Applications are due by 25 June 2021. If your child/children received CSEF last year at Heathmont College, the school will automatically apply on your behalf. If you are new to the College or are recently new to receiving a Health Care Card or similar, please contact the school office to obtain a CSEF application form or download one from:
