Education Fee Accounts

 

2021 College Fees have been emailed. The College Fee invoice was sent out to all families.  

 

It is not too late to return a Payment Plan Form.

 

Please remember to add your Family reference code when making payments, which is located on the top right of your invoice.

 

There is an early payment discount on school fees of $200 per student if the school fees are paid in full by 1 April 2021. (End of Term 1)

 

If families do not want to pay by the College Payment Plan, school fees are due in FULL by Thursday 1 April 2021.

Financial Assistance

 Do you hold a Health Care Card or other Concession Card?

The Camps, Sports and Excursion Fund (CSEF) provides payments for eligible students to attend camps, sports and excursions.

 

If you are a holder of a Health Care Card or other Concession Card, you may be eligible to apply for this subsidy of $225 per year for secondary school students.

 

Payments are made directly to the school and are deducted from the Fees which cover the camps, sport activities.

 

 Please submit your Application as soon as you can. 

Change of Contact Details

Parents / Guardians please ensure any changes are made through your Operoo Account.  This includes address, phone, email and Medical.

College Uniform Shop - Relocating

The College Uniform shop in Mentone will be relocating to the PSW Store in Cheltenham, this will take place from 5 March 2021, Cheltenham store is currently selling St Bede’s uniforms, the address is 1 Age Street Cheltenham (9768 0332).

 

 

Student Accident Policy

I am writing to remind all families that the College has a Student Accident Policy in place that covers our students 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (College related activities) - This Insurance Policy covers the following types of insured events: Dental injured, broken or fractured bones, dislocation of joints, ligament and organ damage, burns, non-Medicare accident expenses etc.
