Mission Action Day
On Friday 26 March, St Bede’s College will be holding its annual Mission Action Day, to raise awareness of and funds for the Lasallian Missions in Australian Indigenous Communities, Papua New Guinea, Pakistan, Thailand, and India.
Students have attended special assemblies that informed them of the importance of our financial and prayerful support for our Lasallian brothers and sisters amidst the additional challenges of the global pandemic. The provision of education is vital in ensuring that these students will have a future filled with opportunities and possibilities.
Each student has now received an official sponsorship form, personalised with his name on it. Our hope is that students will make an effort to seek a total sponsorship of around $50.00 per family for the 10 kilometre walk they will do.
Students are encouraged to seek sponsorship through family and friends.
Donations are to be made to St Bede’s College by Thursday 1 April 2021 (payment details are on the form).
