Grade 2 Circus writing from the Animals point of view.

Dear Zoo Keeper,

I am an elephant in a circus and I am unhappy because I want to be free or in the zoo. I am fed but I am not treated well. The trainer uses a whip to make me do tricks and elephants don’t do tricks in the wild. When people come to the circus I feel scared because if I make a mistake I will be whipped and the trainer is cruel. But I want to please the people who come to watch. I would like you to rescue me and the other animals because we don’t know how to live in the wild. At the zoo you care and love the animals and treat us like we’re your babies. Please rescue us. Thank you for    reading this.
