The Tally Way

Our Wellbeing focus of Bouncing Back and Paying it Forward continues this term!
The aim is to consolidate and extend on learning from last term providing our students with more opportunities to strengthen their ability to be Resilient (Week 1 - 6) and foster Generosity (Week 7 - 10).
The students participate in 10 minute - ‘mini’ lessons each week. Included in the lesson sequence is a wellbeing journaling activity. This is a great way to boost one’s wellbeing and encourage positive daily reflection. See below for the activity. This could also be used at home with the whole family.
