Exciting times for Tally MUSIC in Term 4! 

Firstly, we hope you enjoyed the Tallebudgera Music Concert Online! We were all so proud of the students who delivered such awesome performances. Also, thank you to

Ms Kesting, Mr Stubbs, Mr McLean, Mrs Rogers, Mr Gordon, Mr Davidson and Mr  Smith, for their amazing work preparing the children for the concert. 

Welcome Miss Horn! 

Welcome to Miss Leah Horn to the Tally Music Team. We are so excited to have Leah taking our Year 3 – 6 Music Lessons and the Choir groups in term 4.

Recruitment for our Strings and Band Programs

Music is enjoyable and social, and gives children a skill for life.  Learning an instrument also teaches listening skills, personal organisation, focus and self-discipline that are carried over into other school work. In week 3, our Year 2 students will be participating in a Strings ‘Expression of Interest’ presentation led by Mr McLean our Strings Teacher. The Year 3’s will be experiencing a Band ‘Expression of Interest’ presentation by Mr Stubbs and Ms Kesting, our Band Teachers. This is an exciting time for our Instrumental Music (IM) team and we look forward to recruiting some new IM members for 2021. 

All notes and communication will be sent home after the presentations and will need to be returned as soon as possible for suitability testing to begin.
