Cross Country News

Over the past week, CPS have competed at the District and Division Cross Country carnivals. At the District event, we had 48 students put on a terrific running display against 9 other schools and try to qualify for the division event. A special mention to Isaac R, Lulu M and Emily T for making it through to district and competing against students a year above them.

At the Division event, the students had to battle very cold and wet conditions down at Karkarook Park but did so with great results. Well done to Matthew F, Zavier M and Flynn W for their great runs, Emily for making the team and an extra special congratulations to Holly M, who has now qualified for the regional event after finishing FIRST! 

We are very proud of the whole CPS running team and look forward to hearing how Holly goes in Regionals.
