Year 11 Behavioural Economics Experiments

Recently in economics we've been studying the disconnect between traditional economic theory and behavioural economic theory.

It's been great working in groups and experimenting how our fellow students change their behaviour in response to either a positive/negative incentive or a small 'nudge' (a non-enforceable method of influencing behaviour).

We found that humans don't always act rationally as we are subject to our bounded rationality, limited willpower, and the fact that we are easily influenceable.
