At the beginning of this term, Year 5 & 6 spent 2 weeks illustrating and publishing their fantasy narratives. They have worked incredibly hard to create stories that are engaging and imaginative. Their texts have been published into books ready to be shared and displayed in our school library for others to enjoy.

Coolamon Challenge - Week 5

Congratulations to our winners from Week 4 - Ricky and Jack!  They received a voucher for a complimentary ice-cream courtesy of The Coolamon in Quirindi. 

This week's challenges are literacy based.  Entries are due by Friday morning. 

Nature Ninjas - our gardening club

A big THANK YOU to all of our students who volunteered in the garden last week as part of our Nature Ninjas.  The students helped clean out some of the older produce, and plant new seedlings and seeds.  We are very excited to see what will grow in the coming weeks! 

The next few weeks of Nature Ninjas will be focused on preparing the garden beds for our spring planting.
