Student Achievements

Karoo Students shine at Rotary Primary Schools Public Speaking Event

 Jack D, our School Captain, and Matt B, our Student Voice Captain were selected by their teachers and peers to represent Karoo at the local Rotary Primary Schools Public Speaking event held recently.

The boys independently wrote their speeches from a series of given topics. With the support from teachers and the Super Speak incursion program, Jack and Matt finalised their public speaking capabilities to what turned out to be winning performances.

Jack placed 1st with Matt taking 2nd in a high standard event. They will now represent our district at the next level later in the year.
