Reminder: Junior Athletics Carnival

Who: Foundation, Year 1 and Year 2

What: Students will participate in modified athletics activities showcasing their running, jumping and throwing skills. The focus is fun and participation. Students are encouraged to wear house colours and will compete in House groups throughout the day.

Where: Alphington Park Oval

When: Wednesday 9th August

Time: 11:40am – 1:30pm

Transport: Students will walk to/from the park with their class teachers.

Seeking Volunteers

We are seeking parent/family helpers for both the Junior Athletics Carnivals. Please keep an eye out for your child’s permission slip which will go home soon. With this will also be an expression of interest form for volunteers. All volunteers must have current Working with Children Check and sign a copy of the Child Safe Standards.
