Athletics Carnival

Friday 28th of July saw St Mary of the Angels participate in their Athletics Carnival for 2023. Such a brilliant day and heartwarming to see the amazing sportsmanship on display, each and every student displayed such a high level of participation, enthusiasm to reach their full potential and committed themselves to make for such a FUN and successful day.

Congratulations to our qualifying students making it to the Armidale Diocesan Athletics Carnival in Tamworth on the 18th August. Notes will be sent out this week, confirming your progression.

We seen friendly rivalries between to the Houses with Staff and Students, dressing up and bantering to compete for the best house. At the end of the days events it was McAuley that come out on top in first place with reaching 256 points, Mackillop in second place with 186 points and Mercy in a very close third with 165 points.
