New Staff at Kildare Ministries

Dear members of the Kildare Ministries Community,

We are delighted to introduce to you two new members of the Mission and Ministry Team. Gina Steryos has been appointed as our Finance Manager (FTE 0.6) and Sean Webb the Risk and Assurance Manager (FTE 0.4).

Gina Steryos

Gina has worked in Finance and Accounting related roles over the last 30 years and brings experience from several different industries. She has led various projects including the introduction and implementation of new finance systems for medium sized organisation; has been involved in supporting change of corporate structures, merchant facilities, business acquisition, the integration of business units and the alignment, reporting and accountabilities that are therefore required. She has also worked in investment reporting and analysis. In her previous role, Gina held the lead role in the finance team.Gina is highly professional and is motivated by continuous improvement and driven to offer effective and efficient support. She is also motivated by the challenge of managing complex structures and being involved in a not-for-profit organisation like ours.

Sean Webb

Sean comes to us with broad and vast experience in Data Governance; Cyber Security, Technology Risk Management and Data Privacy having developed his capabilities and experience through international and national corporations. He too brings experience from several industries including financial services, energy, utilities, mining and in public sectors and is well regarded as an expert in enterprise risk management. He enjoys problem solving and strategic thinking and planning and will bring valuable broad experience to Kildare Ministries. He has a particular interest in neurodiversity and works to develop programmes that will assist young people. Sean enjoys the challenge of anticipating the risk and finding solutions and helping create a culture of continuous improvement.

We are excited by the expertise that our two new employees will bring to Kildare Ministries.
