College Notices

New Phone System

The College recently transitioned to a new phone system. Callers contacting the College on the main College number (9763 1000) between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM on school days will now be greeted by a welcome message and options to direct their calls to. 

 

The options are: 

  • Option 1: To notify the College of your son’s early departure or to amend a recorded absence. 
  • Option 2: For the Health Centre (This option includes the College Nurse). 
  • Option 3: For Finance (This option includes Accounts).
  • Option 4: For Enrolments.
  • Option 5: For the Uniform Shop.  
  • Option 6: For General Enquiries and Reception. 

To ensure calls are being directed to the correct department, callers are asked to please listen to all the options prior to selecting an option to direct their call to.  

 

This information will also be made available in the TASS Parent Lounge. 

College Reception Early Closure - 14 August 

On Monday 14 August, College Reception will be closing early at 3:20 PM and will be unattended from this time due to an all-staff professional development.
