New Child Safety Standards
The new Child Safety Standards we introduced on 1st July 2022. HPSC has updated all relevant policies and procedures to reflect the changes (see attachments below). Parents/carers and students are welcome to give feedback on these new policies by contacting the Child Safety Officer, Debbie Edwards on 8795 9400.
Positive Parenting Program
The Australian Government has funded Triple P – the Positive Parenting Program to roll out the Parenting Education and Support Program (PESP). Under the initiative, Triple P online programs will be freely available for families across Australia with children aged 0-11years.
Triple P is an Australian, evidence-based parenting program. Developed at the University of Queensland and backed by more than 40 years of ongoing research, Triple P gives practical evidence-based strategies to help families approach the challenges of parenthood in a positive way. It’s backed by research and proven by parents.

The Kindship App
Kindship is the first social networking app built by, and exclusively for, parents raising children with disabilities, delays and neurodiversity. The app offers mums and dads a safe, private and fundamentally kind space to connect with and learn from like-minded parents on similar journeys.

Do you need help with your child's NDIS plan?
The Association for Children with a Disability is running a session to give families with young children information about the NDIS so they can take positive first steps to develop their child's Plan.
