Mathematics

The 2022 Mathematics VCE exams are just weeks away and there is lots of work happening around our school to prepare.  Having to recap an entire year’s worth of content is no easy feat, but there are a few things VCE students can do to help them along the way:

  1. Practice, practice, practice – Practice exams are the best type of preparation that students can use to pick up on their weak points before an exam. Our teachers have no shortage of practice exams and solutions for students to use in their studies.
  2. Feedback – It’s no good doing a practice exam, without getting some feedback from teachers. While students can use solutions to help self-mark exams, our teachers are always available to mark and give individual feedback to each student. Try to do a mixture of self-correction and getting experienced teachers to correct for you.
  3. After School Maths Club – Our After School Maths Club has been running for a few months now and is an excellent place to find a teacher to ask some individual questions to. The After School Maths Club runs from 3:30 to 4:30pm every Wednesday in Room 20.

Good luck to all our Mathematics students in their VCE exams!
