VCE Arts Exhibition

As we celebrated the opening of the VCE Arts Exhibition on Tuesday afternoon we witnessed amazing pieces of artworks from very talented students. It is so exciting to be part of all this creativity and be inspired by the talents of students in Art, and Visual Communication Design. Thank you to all the students who exhibited in the exhibition – you should all be very proud of your achievements, hard work, dedication and success.

Many thanks goes to the Visual Arts Domain who worked very hard to set the exhibition up, to Mat and Peter for setting up and dismantling the display boards, our amazing admin staff, Helen and Gill, for creating awards and editing newsletter items.

To the PE, Live Life and Wellbeing staff for the loan of the Middle Years Centre. Thank you to the Executive team for supporting the Arts and taking the time to select the Principal Acquisition Award winner.

To the Visual Arts staff - Chris Henson, Amy Mclellan, Georgina Russell, Kirby Sens, and Alia Stewart, for all they have put into making this VCE Exhibition look polished, refined and creative.

To the Arts captains (2022) Zoe Li and Lucy Niu who both undertook folio subjects yet found the time to give back to the Arts. A special thank you to - Zoe Li & Lucy Niu for a super great speech which highlighted the efforts that students and staff had made to ensure that works of Art and Design were highly represented. Zoe and Lucy spoke about how lucky we are to work as a team where all our efforts go a long way.

We say goodbye and thank you Zoe and Lucy and welcome Linda and Elinor.

To the students of Art and Visual Communication Design -well done and we can see the amount of work that you have completed – we are so proud of you all!
