Principal's Report

Remote Learning

We are excited to begin 'live' teaching sessions next week as part of Remote Learning. This is something we have been looking at and feel that now is the time to begin this next phase of our program. While we know that there will be some teething issues for families and teachers we hope to have these resolved as quickly as possible.

I would like to thank you all for the work that you are doing at home during this lockdown to support your children. I would also like to thank our staff who are undertaking a herculean effort to move to our new mode of learning. There will be times where live lessons may get interrupted by the children of staff member's, or pets as I am sure you're all very accustomed by now as you work from home as well.

Thank you

I would like to thank Simone for her outstanding leadership while I was on leave. I know that staff were very well supported during the first four weeks of this term, and know that Marlborough was in very safe hands.

I was able to move house with my family over my longer break and we are all settled into our new home. I will say it is very nice having a new 5kms to explore with new walking paths and playgrounds to take the kids to.
