Parent | Student | Teacher Conference K-12

Thursday 4 August 12.00pm-7.00pm

The King's College will be running three-way Parent | Student | Teacher Conferences on Thursday 4 August, for all students from Kindergarten to Year 12. To facilitate this, the teaching day for all students (K-12) will end at 11.30am (secondary school recess).

The purpose of these conferences is to discuss your child's progress so far this year and look for opportunities to improve educational outcomes prior to the end of the year. The conference allows all parties to be working together to support the student on their academic journey. We would highly encourage all parents/carers to take this opportunity to partner with the College and help guide their child's learning. Parents can book to see their classroom/course teachers as well as Form teachers to discuss any pastoral matters.

Who should attend?

Primary: All primary school parents are urged to book a time to meet with their child's class teacher. If you have concerns regarding specialist subjects, please email them your concerns or arrange a phone call. Students are invited to the primary conferences, but their attendance is optional.

Secondary: All secondary school parents are highly encouraged to attend. However, those secondary students who received a non-passing grade or an attribute that needs attention in their Semester One report are required to make a booking
