AleRosiYEAR 11 HEALTH AND HUMAN DEVELOPMENT

Our Year 11 Health and Human Development Class have created some egg babies. They will look after them for a week to help them learn and understand parenting responsibilities and caring for others.

YEAR 10 CAMP

Our Year 10 Students attended a camp at Forest Edge last week. Students participated in a number of activities including high ropes, flying fox, archery, and many more.

YEAR 7 SCIENCE

Our 7B Science students dissected fish, prawn,s and squid to identify the type of skeleton it has. This helps scientists to classify the organisms into different groups such as vertebrates and invertebrates.

REGIONAL NETBALL

On Thursday 4th August we headed to Traralgon Basketball Stadium for our Regional Netball Final. We had a fun bus ride and were all in high spirits when we got onto the court with 5 minutes to spare. 

In our first game against Nagel we won by 9 points, and it was great to win our first game.

In our second game against Marist Sion, it was close in the first 2 quarters, but we broke away and won 24-17. 

Our last game was against Lavalla, and we were all super nervous because this was basically the grand final. 

Unfortunately, we got smashed 14-31 as we were all tired, but we still had a great game and had a very entertaining ride back to school with our 2nd place ribbon.
