Interview with Christine Gill

Interview with Christine Gill Year 5 Teacher
How long have you worked at BNPS?
This is my third year at BNPS.
Who inspires you?
My lovely mum, who unfortunately is far away in Scotland, but I still try to talk to her every day.
What is your favourite thing to do on weekends?
I love to start my Sunday playing tennis with my son (he always wins) and then going for brunch with my family.
Are you an early bird or a night owl?
Neither. I love going to bed early and hate getting up in the morning.
What might someone be surprised to know about you?
I’ve been very lucky to meet David Attenborough when I studied Ecology at university (a long time ago). He’s my hero.
What recently made you smile?
Watching Year 5 dancing and singing to ‘Milkshake’ on Go Noodle, it’s a 5D favourite!
If you could trade places with anyone for a day, who would you choose ?
Hmm, that’s hard, maybe a travel reporter and visiting the Galapagos Islands to see the amazing wildlife. I love being me though 😊
What would you like to say to your students?
Believe in yourself and your abilities. It is enough to do your best!
