faithfulness

What does being faithful look like? One of the Stage Four elective groups came up with a few ideas… Someone you can depend on. Someone you can trust. Some who is loyal and sticks by you.

These are qualities people search for in others, to ride the ups and downs that life presents.

Trust, dependability and loyalty are not just ‘words. They are words that have stories attached to them. Some people even say these qualities need to be earned.

Perhaps we have even been ‘burned’ by someone in the past.

The bible puts it like this:  A person with unfaithful friends soon comes to ruin. But there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother. Proverbs 18:24

It is not always easy. Sticking by someone through adverse circumstances can be challenging, but it also can mean the world to the other person. Can you think of someone who was there for you, right when you needed it? The memories stay with you for a lifetime… Faithful friends and relatives are true treasures!

Why not contact one of your faithful friends/ relatives today and let them know how much you value their presence in your life?

God bless your day today!
