Polding Swimming GOLD!

Following on the tradition for previous years, our PP5 Mixed Relay team have brought home the Gold medal winning the Peter Dobson Trophy for schools <54 students at the NSWCPS Swimming Championships. 

The team consisting of Evie Watt, Oscar Thomson, Xanthia Watson, Coen and Felicity Gough swam extremely well and all of their hard work training every lunchtime paid off. The team will now travel to Sydney again to swim in the same event at the NSW PSSA Swimming Championsips on Tuesday 5th April.

Special mention to Felicity who competed in two 12 year girls individual events, finishing 8th overall in the 50m Breaststroke and 12th overall in the 50m Freestyle with personal best times for both events.

Training will continue at lunchtime for the next three days.

Armidale Diocesan Winter Trials

Georgia Baird represented Sacred Heart at the ADPSC Winter Trials for hockey in Tamworth on Friday. There were 12 girls vying for a position in the Armidale team to travel to Bathurst for the NSWCPS Polding Trials. Congratulations to Georgia who will now represent the Armidale team at Polding to be held in Bathurst on Friday 29th April.
