YEAR 11, 2022 SCSA RESULTS

Year 11 SCSA results have recently been uploaded to SEQTA and can be accessed via 'Reports'.  

We request that current Year 12 students and parents/caregivers check that these results are correct by comparing them to the results on the Year 11, 2022 Semester Two College Report and, if applicable, the Statement of Results from the RTO. Once you have completed this check, please have your child sign into this form to confirm that the information is correct (Please note: only students can enter this form).

To provide ample time for the processing of any necessary changes, we ask that you please complete this important task by 9:00am on Monday 13 February. 

School-based Results

• Check that the course listed are correct.
• Check that the grades and marks list for each course are correct.
• If your child changed a subject after 8 June 2022, there should be one unit listed for the first course and another unit listed for the second course.

VET Results

• Check that the codes and names of the Certificate/s studied are correct.
• Check that the Units of Competency are correct as per Statement of Results from the RTO.
• Check that the result for each competency is the same as those listed on the Statement of Results (please refer to the following table to interpret the codes on your statement):
  
  20 - Achieved/Pass/Complete/C
  30 - Not Achieved/Fail
  40 - Withdrawn/discontinued
  60 - Credit Transfer
  70 - Continuing enrolment (this will appear if a student is studying a certificate over 2 years)
  99 - Incorrect Enrolment
